The Mentor Program at Budapest Business School, Hungary

This case study describes a student-led, faculty-facilitated semester-long mentoring programme at a large Hungarian University for first year students aimed at easing the transition of students from high school to university and fostering a sense of community among students to increase student engagement and reduce drop-out.
