Policy initiatives on the right to higher education in Haiti

Since Haiti's 1987 Constitution, its education system, especially higher education, has undergone significant changes. Key policies include opening higher education to private institutions, establishing a second public network of higher education, and creating the Fonds National de l’Éducation (FNE) to finance both basic and innovative higher education.
