Policy initiatives on the right to higher education in Chile

Tracing Good and Emerging Practices on the Right to Higher Education, UNESCO IESALC.

Key issues include segregation and low participation of vulnerable groups. To address this, the government introduced three initiatives: free higher education, equal student selection, and territory-based access, promoting more inclusive access to higher education.
