Policy initiatives on the right to higher education for Syrian refugees in Türkiye

This case study explores academic and financial reforms supporting Syrian refugees in higher education. Since the 2011 Syrian war, Türkiye has maintained an open-door policy, hosting the world’s largest refugee population. As part of its humanitarian approach, Türkiye grants Syrian refugees access to public services, including the Right to Higher Education.
