This case-study reviews challenges in implementing equity policies in Nepal. Administered from the central level, Scholarship, Freeship and Fellowship initiatives face inconsistent distribution, limited budgets, and political interference, pushing underprivileged students toward low-paying jobs. Additionally, lack of local context hinder access for marginalized groups, especially those in remote areas.
