Equity, Inclusion and Pluralism in Higher Education

This research was commissioned by UNESCO for the World Higher Education Conference in 2022. Under the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development this study on equity, inclusion, and pluralism is putting as much emphasis on completion as on access, which has traditionally received more attention from policymakers.
