Culture of Caring at Amarillo Community College, USA

This initiative focuses on creating a “culture of caring” to improve completion rates for low-income students at community colleges in the U.S. By addressing barriers such as academic deficiencies, lack of motivation, and financial challenges, the programme aims to increase student retention and graduation, especially among students of colour.
