Coaching North Carolina Community College Students, USA

The “Carolina Works” case study, led by Central Carolina Community College, supports their at-risk students through technology-enabled success coaching. The programme uses predictive analytics to offer proactive, holistic support, addressing both academic and non-academic challenges. Over five years, the initiative improved retention and completion, especially for Black and male students.
