Affirmative Action at Unicamp, Brazil

Unicamp in Brazil has developed extensive inclusion programmes to support underrepresented groups, evolving over two decades. Despite progress, challenges remain, particularly in pre-college education quality and secondary education completion. The pandemic has exacerbated these issues, and while university-level affirmative action remains essential, broader reforms are necessary for long-term impact.
