On 17 November 2020, events will be happening around the world to support access and success in higher education.

WAHED 2020 is set to be our most exciting event to date, taking the form of a series of consecutive global conferences each led by an organisation committed to equitable access to Higher Education in a specific continent – join the conversation and secure a place. Organisations and individuals from around the world will also be running events on the day – we’ve provided information below on how you can make a difference on the day by running or attending an event.

Organise an event

Become part of the day and host an event that supports access and success in higher education. We’ve provided all the guidance you need to help you run an event on World Access to Higher Education Day. Running an event is just a few simple steps and there are very few limits on what you can do – we would love for there to be a diverse set of events on the day.

If you’re in need of inspiration why not check out some of our registered events from WAHED 2018 and WAHED 2019?

Find out what’s happening on the day

You can use our event finder tool to see what events are happening on and around 17 November 2019. You can find out what’s happening in your country using the country filter – if a public event is taking place, you’ll be able to attend or book a place. There will also be events taking place online and you can select these using the filter so that you can find an event to attend wherever you are in the world.
