WAHED UK Conference Slides Available

The UK Hub conference for the first World Access to Higher Education Day was hosted by Aston University on Wednesday 28th November and had over 100 delegates both domestic and international in attendance. The day saw contributions from Universities UK International (UUKi), The European Commission, The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), The Office for Students (OfS), The Asia Europe Foundation, International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX), The National Centre for Student Equity, Australia, and much more.

The day also featured live discussions with the National Center for Student Equity in Higher Education NCSEHE in Australia, and the Lumina Foundation in the United states as well as globally focused breakout sessions  and the official launch of the ‘Equity Policy Map’ and the ‘Higher education policies across the globe’ report’. For a more detailed exploration of WAHED activity on the day, click here to view the Summary Report
