During this event, students from different backgrounds and careers will tell their stories of success and challenges faced during their initial steps on entering and continuing their educational programs at a research university in short videos. Representatives from these special groups include: indigenous, BAME, disabaled, and low-income students.

Faculty members, academic staff and leaders will also be invited to participate in a debate focusing on minimising or overcoming challenges for a successful academic trajectory. Data on determinants of success considering the profile of undergraduate student, admission and academic performance, educational environment, curricula, and financial support as scholarship will be presented during the event to motivate debate.
