University of Canberra, Widening Participation Team Screening of “Unlikely”
To support and raise awareness for WAHED, University of Canberra (UC) Widening Participation (WP) team will run an event on the 26th of November.
The event will involve hosting a film screening for students, staff and the wider UC community. The film documentary that will be screened at the UC Theatre is called “Unlikely”. Set in the cities of Akron, Atlanta, Boston and Los Angeles, the film investigates America’s college dropout crisis through the lives of students navigating the broken higher education system and the innovators working to close the opportunity divide.
