Celebrating Inclusion and Achievement in Access to HE

OCN London will be holding an event on Tuesday 26th November in support of the 2nd World Access to Higher Education Day (WAHED).

The event will focus on partnerships between FE and HE and how they can have a positive impact on achievement and inclusion in securing progression to HE. Guest speakers include:
• Sue Betts, Executive Director at Linking London
• James Ward, Deputy Dean – The Screen School at Ravensbourne, University London
• Geoff Proudlock, Head of Curriculum – Business, Law and Creative Industries at CU Scarborough.

As part of the event, there will be the presentation of the annual Michael Sargent Bursary Awards.  Now in their 5th year, the Michael Sargent Bursary Awards celebrate learners who have shown outstanding commitment to study and outstanding academic achievement. The awards always prove to be nothing short of inspirational!
