The ‘Access to Education, Bridge to Employment’ is a partnership programme between the Johnson & Johnson companies based in Cork, Janssen Biologics, Janssen Pharmaceutical and DePuy, in conjunction with Cork based educational institutions and organisations.

The aim of the programme is to encourage & assist students from three Linked Schools in Cork City to stay in school and progress to third level education. A series of access initiatives, for example, mentoring programmes, seminars, campus taster programmes, parent information days, form part of the programme.
